This Key Lime pie is so simple, yet so very delicious. My youngest son Jacob's favorite!
9 inch graham cracker pie crust (I make mine from scratch but you can buy them pre-made)
Key Lime Ingredients
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup of Nellie Joe's Keywest Lime Juice
3 Egg Yolks
Mix together well three above ingredients and pour into graham cracker crust. Cook on 350 degrees for fifteen minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Chill in refridgerator and when ready to serve add whipped topping with each serving.
Whipped Topping
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 tbls of sugar
1 teas of vanilla
Whip cream until almost stiff. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until cream holds peaks. Spread over top of cooled pie.
